We’re thrilled to announce that Alkemion Studio is expanding to desktop! After countless requests from our community, we’re developing a powerful offline desktop application through an upcoming crowdfunding campaign. This new version will bring all the node-based adventure design tools you love directly to your computer – no internet connection required.
What is Alkemion Studio?
For those new to our community, Alkemion Studio is a comprehensive web application designed specifically for tabletop roleplaying game creators. It leverages node-based design to help you create rich, non-linear adventures, campaigns, and worlds with unparalleled flexibility and visual organization.
Using an intuitive virtual board system, you can map out locations, characters, plot elements, clues, and more – connecting them in ways that foster player agency and dynamic storytelling. Whether you’re a Game Master planning your next campaign or a writer developing a rich story world, Alkemion Studio provides the tools to bring your ideas to life.
Why We’re Going Desktop
While our web application continues to serve thousands of users, we’ve heard your calls for an offline solution. Many of you create during travel, in areas with spotty internet, or simply prefer the reliability and performance of a native application. The desktop version is our answer to these needs – giving you the freedom to create anywhere, anytime, without constraints.
